St. Beatus College - Beatenberg, located in the picturesque town of Beatenberg in Switzerland, is said to hold a rich history and is inspired by the teachings and life of Saint Beatus - the "Apostle of Switzerland". Today, the institution stands as a symbol of knowledge, tradition, and intellectual pursuit. There are many unique qualities that define Graduates of the SBC. Our History
The architecture of the College is a testament to its enduring legacy. The main building – which also houses the world-famous Parkhotel Beatenberg alongside the campus – is a magnificent structure constructed in neoclassical style, standing proudly on a hill overlooking the breathtaking Lake Thun and the Bernese Alps. The building itself is adorned with intricate stonework, statues, and stained-glass windows.
The SBC's curriculum has evolved over the years to meet the changing demands of society while maintaining a commitment to intellectual exploration and personal development. It offers a wide range of disciplines, including the humanities, natural sciences, social sciences, and fine arts – but the focus remains on preparing the younger generation to meet and execute the requirements of a fast-moving global business vista with skills and knowledge acquired on a platform that stands strong on moral and ethical values.
