Terms & Conditions

I Enrollment

  1. By enrolling in the „Diploma in European Culture & Business Practices“, you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.

  2. Enrollment is subject to availability, and acceptance into the course is at the discretion of the course organizers.

 

II Course Duration

  1. The Diploma Course is a 15-Day program, starting from the specified course commencement date.

  2. The course schedule, including dates and timings, will be provided to enrolled students prior to the course commencement.

 

III Course Content

  1. The course curriculum and content are designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in the designated field.

  2. The course content is subject to change at the discretion of the course organizers to ensure the best learning experience for students.

 

IV Fees & Payment

  1. The course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment to secure your place in the course.

  2. Payment methods and instructions will be provided upon acceptance into the course.

  3. All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the course organizers cancel the course.

 

V Attendance

  1. Regular attendance is mandatory for all sessions, workshops, and practical activities scheduled throughout the course.

  2. Failure to attend without prior notification may result in exclusion from the course without any refund or compensation.

 

VI Conduct & Discipline

  1. Students are expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and responsibly throughout the course duration.

  2. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate expulsion from the course without any refund or compensation.

 

VII Certification

  1. Upon successful completion of the Diploma Course, students will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.

  2. The Certificate will be issued based on attendance, participation, and assessment criteria determined by the course organizers.

 

VIII Liability

  1. The course organizers shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or liability incurred during the course duration.

  2. Students are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to take appropriate measures to secure them.

 

IX Course Cancellation

  1. The course organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment.

  2. In the event of course cancellation, enrolled students will receive a full refund of the course fees paid.

 

X Amendments

  1. The course organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

  2. Enrolled students will be notified of any amendments, and the updated terms and conditions will be made available to them.

 

XI Governing Law

  1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.

  2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Canton of Bern.
